So the Year 2006 comes to an end. 7 Primary 6 students are now moving on to Sec1 in Year 2007, while the 2 Sec 1 students will move on to Sec2.
We all go to different schools, but we still keep in contact with each other. To maintain the strong relationship between each other, Mr Lim decided to have a ex-NanHuaPrimary U-14 Team that will comprise all the former NHTT players. We'll still play together as a team, despite the possibility of meeting each other in competitions. Nan Hua Table Tennis is always the best!

Hi all,

I will be conducting extra training next week from 18 Dec to 22 Dec from 1 to 4pm in school. The purpose of the training is to develop peer coaching skills as well as some practice for myself, heh, as I have a competition in NTU in late Dec. I realized that during most sessions, there is too much reliance on the formal coaching process, which means, most of you do not practice properly when you are not training with the coach. In that case, every session, you only gain 180 mins divided by X players of learning. In order to maximize the training program, I will introduce to you some basic drills that you can do during training with your team mates such as multi-ball, single side defense, self-service (!!!), working with peers of different styles, acclimatizing and accomodating players of different style and skill level, etc. It is my wish to pass on to you the skills necessary as I will most likely not be able to train you all next year, and Coach Lee Su Hui will be on exchange, and our dear Coach Lim Shi Zhi broke his wrist playing football (so silly!). Your new coach, Coach Lum Yao Guang, will take over, but his focus will be on competition skills as well as developing the younger players. As the seniors in the team, I hope you will be able to assist him and really maximize the coaching hours. As for the oldies (P6 or Moeka), you are most welcome to come along and learn. In most of the secondary schools you will be going, there will be an expected set of drills required for peer coaching. The school coach will use his mouth more than his hands, and learning the drills will give you all an edge when you go to sec school. Time to have a more disciplined approach rather than the usual clowning around or waiting for ur turn. Hope to see you all next week. I have lost my name and contact list when I left Nan Hua. Hello, this should be my first time blogging in this blog. Since YR wrote about her score, i will also write mine. My english too lan, so i won't write but my maths improve alot. I got 90 marks. My chinese main paper like what YR said is the highest in class. I got 75.5/90. My HCL also got the highest in class. I got 52/60. My science although not very high but i improve about 7 marks . I got 75/100. My science is my lousest so i dun actually expect myself to get a band one.

hii~ i dint post 4 v.long cos my com go siao n i cant post on ANY blog!!! lol. nvm. now my com back to normal!!! YAH!!! k, erm did i say my results? i dun think so. well, these r my sa2 ppr 2 results. gotta say some of them SUCK LYK HELL!!!!
eng: 73.5/95 - aargh!!!!!!! i dropped! by half a mark!!!! hello, half a mark MATTERS ALOT TO ME!!!!! anyway, lots of
ppl dropped too i guess. i dun think is jus half a mark. =P
maths: 86/100 - ok, this may not b too gd 4 some of u but FINALLY I GOT A BAND 1 IN MATHS!!!!!! WHEE!!!! i didnt
get band 1 for ca1. sa1 n ca2. lol
chinese: 46.5/90 - sucks lyk hell i tell u! jus passed by 1.5 marks! anyway, tis ppr difficult. hehe. jus an excuse.
lucky got oral n compo n listening compre to pull my overall marks. but still v. lan larh....
science: 75.5/100 - tis is the worse science mark i EVER got since p4. i hate myself for getting so low. im SUPPOSED
TO GET A V.GD 88/100!!!!! which i can but i did badly due to carelessness n i 'xiao kan' the ppr
bit. i got a better 76.5/100 for ca1, an excellent 5th in class 86.5/100 for sa1. a not bad
81.5/100 for ca2! i dropped ALOT mind u. *sigh*
higher chinese: 42.5/60 - yah!!!! i PASSED THE HIGHER CHINESE PPR 2!!! but i still gotta admit tat tis ppr is quite
easy, easier dan normal chinese ppr 2, n onli 1 pupil failed. jus by a tiny n v.important 0.5 mark!
believe it or not, i won deirdre in higher chinese compo by 1.5 mark! but overall she won me by 10
whole marks! her ppr 2 gd wad.... she got semester2 normal chinese highest in class n ppr 2 sa2
higher chinese highest in class too with a v.v.gd 52/60!
ok, tats all! lol. mus reli work hard on my languages n science n maths. lol. bye!
